This is a caring family who want to have someone enjoy their experience with them.  Both parents’ jobs are pretty demanding and they want to create a loving and secure environment to help with their son’s development. They are looking for someone who can provide a balance between fun, encouragement and boundaries.  It is important to them that their son is respectful and kind and enjoys his childhood.  He is a sociable, friendly little boy, who really loves interaction and fun learning.  The parents value childcare that balances a loving and fun environment with structure and routine.  They are looking for someone who would enjoy interacting with their son and who would take an interest in his development; someone who will join him in his day to day experiences, encouraging him to explore, help him learn, support his growing confidence, and continue to emphasize the importance of kindness and respect for others.
